– Started me new training/diet plan. Aiming to get super dooper body for summer and 2013. Aim is to get bigger shoulders and six pack. Hate the normal Diet of salads etc as there boring, so constructed me own that will help me not only loose fat but gain muscle mass ..lets see if it works šŸ™‚
