So This was our first trip away this year and was an important one as it was for our Honeymoon!!! We took ages trying to decide where to go as we didn’t want just a beach holiday as we would get bored after one day, so we needed somewhere with lots to do that looked pretty. . . Madeira had the majority of this. When you arrive here you think your in Jurassic Park. Lots of hills, valleys, mountains and greenery everywhere. It has beaches, but there not very big and majority of them have black sand. We stayed in Funchal but in the residential area mainly away from tourists. We had an amazing time here and I’ve detailed everything with did with tips etc below.
