Auckland – 2014

DSC00331We got to dangle on the edge of the Skytower which was bloody cool. We also found a cool Irish bar n I saw my first Albatross land right in front of me with a fish in its mouth [read more].






 Tauranga (Bay Of Plenty) – 2014

hobbitThis was our home for 3 months. Here we stayed in the Harbourside City Backpackers Hostel. Here I got a job as a nightwarden n cleaner and then both me and Bec became Kiwi Pickers. We also became Hobbits at Hobbiton and got bitten lots by Mozes when kayaking to see the Glow worms at night. I got amazed when eating the bible and we sweaty when walking up a mountain in pure heat.  Rotorura- 2014

DSCN0087This was our favourite place for activities. I got amazed seeing the random gas coming from the ground all over the place. Saw my first Geyser and different coloured water at the Volcano park.  We were relaxed in our private rock pool at the Polynesian spa and joined in with some ancient Maori games at the Maori feast evening. This was our first stop in our campervan and wow we loved it here! [read more]







Wellington – 2014

DSCN0219Here we got to experience the Lord Of The Rings Tour. We saw several scenes where they filmed. I also got to be Legolas in the forest!  Reinacting Gandalfs n Sarumans scene with their staffs was fun and getting to see where Helms Deeps was filmed was amazing! [read here].








 Dunedin – 2014

IMG_3815It snowed, rained and was sunny all on this one day! We got to see albatrosses fly the cliffs of Dunedin. Saw seals sheltering themselves in the corners of cliffs. Saw a Penguin come out from sea and into his jungle next to us. Got on edge with Sea Lions 2 feet away from us on the beach – this wildlife tour was amazing! [ read here]





Queenstown – 2014

IMG_3984Before I went to New Zealand I was told about the amazing scenery. I hadn’t found it until I came to Queenstown. This place was beautiful. We were fortunate to be there when snow fell so I got some great shots of the mountains. We got scared in New Zealands scariest haunted house. Had to use our brains in the Odessey maze and got quirky with teapots in the Hidden Bar [read more].
