The application reads an entire folder with files but works only for Doc and DocX files. The converted files are written in the same folder but with .pdf extension. 
I has 2 dependencies:
1. JRE (Java Runtime Ennvironment) to run
2. Microsoft Office (to read files)(there is no need to point the app to the Office, this is done automatically).
The advantage of this over PDF printer is that it can convert an entire folder without any intervention or confirmation for each file.
