I am teaching Vocal and Music Theory lessons for all ages to beginners and intermediates.Lessons are either based on the geral fundamentals or on the student's personal needs and goals. With 14 years of vocal lessons and performance experience, I am getting you ready to know your voice to the fullest and give you the tools to start/continue your path.

Hello Vocalist! To date, most of my students have been through word of mouth... very organic and I love that! But I would like to expand and take on some new students in the Florida - Broward area. I usually provide one-hour lessons in beginner music theory, vocal technique, performance, and/or **audition/showcase preparation.  In case you are wondering, I have two music degrees under my belt as well as professional songwriting credits, and lengthy experience in live vocal performance. I have frequented a few well-known theatres in South Florida and I am still actively booking appearances at some new ones. To be a good teacher, you must first be a good student. I am constantly learning and keeping current with the latest music trends and educational tools! Music education has always been extremely important to me and I have worked with various ages ranging from 5-40 both in groups and privately. I consider my teaching style to be very energized and motivational.  If you are looking for a teacher that will never give up on you, book me! I will teach you all the aspects of proper vocal production so your voice is all it can be. You will learn proper vowel placement, breathing techniques (so you can impress everyone with how long you can hold that note), showmanship pointers (to improve your performances!), how to warm up your voice so you don't hurt it, how to extend your range, stage makeup application and more!  As a Sweet Adelines International (an international women's singing group focused on how to give the best performances possible) member of ten years and the recipient of vocal lessons as a child I will teach you how to sing and perform as a vocal music artist to help you achieve your dreams or just hone your talent even more! We'll start with an assessment of your skill level and go from there! I'll give you all the tools you need and even recommend a music style based on your talent!

I have been a Professional Vocalist and Songwriter for 10+ Years, and a Vocal and Music Leader for Children and Young People for 4+ Years.  I am offering Singing and Songwriting lessons to Children, Teens and Beginners, to shape and inspire the next generation of musical artists. I am fully DBS checked and have a Certification in Safeguarding Children. Standard lessons are 30 minutes via Zoom/Skype/Video. For an additional fee, you can upgrade to 45 minute or 1 hour lessons. If you are local to York, and when it is safe again to do so, you may opt to have lessons in person at your own home or mine (equipt with Electric Grand Piano, Microphones and Professional Recording Equipment)
