Hello there! I am a Sims player, I've been playing the Sims since 2010. I consider myself as an average sims-house-builder. It's been a pleasure for me to build your desired home, but I can only use the base game (since I don't own any other packs or stuffs or expansions). It would be really great if I could make some money here and upgrade my laptop and games!

I'll build a house in the Sims 4 for one to eight sims and pets should you request that. I can offer small, medium and large houses with studio to seven bedrooms and one to seven bathrooms. Want a pool, large garden, indoor gym, conservatory?? It can be done! I look forward to hearing your ideas. FYI: I do not use non-EA CC (custom content) in my builds. I have all the Sims 4 expansion, game and stuff packs except for 'Journey to Batuu'.

If you wish, I even offer the opportunity to work closely with me on the design elements on your new home, eg. you can control the wall colours you would prefer. I know it takes time to download for a cc and admit it you take more time on looking for Custom Content than playing your sims , RIGHT? Don't worry you don't need to look for them because I'm here to do it for you. Just name whatever CC you like to have and I'll download it for you. *You can also make a list of your desired CC or even just send a picture and I'll do the job for searching and downloading it for you. Notes:

• When creating the sims I use the base game along with some DLCs if you and I have the same ones. This is listed in the requirements when placing an order. 
• I will change the clothing for the "everyday" look of the sim. The other outfits are randomly generated by the game itself. After the order is completed, the customer can style their sim in any way they prefer.
