But why would you want that? One reason is that piano-training apps such as Synthesia use midi files. If you have a favorite song you'd like to learn with such a program, I can arrange your song for piano, then convert it into a midi file. Of course, you may have your own unique reasons for wanting a MIDI file of a piano tune.
