In a world where first impressions are made online, your voicemail greeting is your opportunity to make a great first impression with your customers. Here are some tips for creating a professional, friendly, and engaging voicemail greeting for your business: 1. Keep it short and sweet Your voicemail greeting should be brief – around 15-20 seconds. This is just enough time to introduce yourself and your business, and let the caller know what to expect. 2. Be professional While you want your voicemail greeting to be friendly, it’s important to maintain a professional tone. This is especially important if you’re representing a large company or brand. 3. Use your caller’s name If you have the caller’s name, be sure to use it in your greeting. This personal touch will make the caller feel valued and appreciated. 4. Have a call-to-action End your voicemail greeting with a call-to-action, such as inviting the caller to leave a message or directing them to your website or contact information. 5. Smile! Last but not least, remember to smile while you leave your voicemail greeting. Smiling conveys warmth and sincerity, and can help to put the caller at ease.
Some people like to keep their voicemail greeting professional, while others like to make it personal. There are a few things you can say in either case to make a great impression. If you're keeping it professional, you can say something like, "Thank you for calling [company name]. This is [your name]. Please leave a message and I'll return your call as soon as possible." If you want to make it personal, you can say something like, "Hey there! You've reached [your name]! I'm sorry I can't answer the phone right now, but please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can!"
There are a few things to keep in mind when recording a greeting for your voicemail service. First, speak slowly and clearly. Secondly, introduce yourself and your company. Lastly, provide a brief message and let the caller know when you will be available to return their call. By following these simple tips, you can ensure that your voicemail greeting is professional and courteous.
First impressions matter and your voicemail greeting needs to be more then “Leave a message at the tone.” You need to make an impression and you get one shot.

Catching up on personal voicemail and business voicemail can be hard. Listening to all of them in a row can be harder. If you’re a working professional you may miss those important calls. If you’re a small business or online retailer customer questions and sales calls can get missed in the noise.
So why not use a virtual assistant to do it all for you then you can pick who to contact and when and not waste your time listening to pocket calls and telemarketers trying to sell you things you don’t need.
Get a daily summary of the calls you miss and who you need to call back. For premium subscribers you even get links to callers social media for easy research.
PLEASE READ ALL BEFORE ORDERING
Professional, affordable voice over for your phone system. Greetings, on hold messages, etc.
Your phone greeting is often the first impression for your customers. Let's make it a great one! It's easy!
Simply type in your total word count where it says, "Number of words" and it will show you the total price. (You can use Wordcounter.net to get a word count.)
The basic order comes with one mp3 or wav file. If you need separate files, please select that option. Background music is available as well.
Be sure to let me know if your phone system requires a file with specific recording settings before I record as re-recording for this reason is not included in the price.
*** NOTE: I cannot call in to your phone voicemail system to record a greeting. I provide an audio file (.mp3 or .wav, depending on your preference) and you upload that file into your phone system. I cannot access your phone system and upload it for you.
I try to complete most orders within 48 hours but if you're in a hurry, please message me for availability of 24 hour or same day delivery for an additional charge.
Thanks! I look forward to working with you!
