As a violin session musician, I have had the pleasure of playing on countless recordings for a variety of artists. I have also had the opportunity to work as a concertmaster and conductor for several orchestras. In addition to my performance work, I also teach private violin lessons and coach ensembles. As a session musician, I have had the opportunity to work with many different artists in a variety of genres. I have found that the most important thing for me is to be able to connect with the artist and understand their vision for the song. I also need to be able to adapt my playing style to fit the song, whether it be a more classical style for a pop song or a more rock style for a country song. I believe that my years of experience as a violinist have allowed me to develop the skills necessary to be a successful session musician.
