(I/A) Intermediate/Advance: This dance class (video +playlist) will give you 60-1.30 min Dance workout.

With each Gig, you will get your own dance lesson on a video.
The video contains clear instructions on how to move and how to learn the contemporary dance style.
Similar to an ordinary dance class, I will be dancing and demonstrate each exercise while explaining, guiding and commenting. With each video you will receive a PDF file with extra tips and explanations, that will help you throughout the practice. I will also give you a playlist of songs that are a great follower for your groove in a dance class.
