I will use Sketchup to build 3D models according to your description or hand drawn picture and dimensions. You will receive the source file and will be able to view your 3D in Sketchup (download the trial for free on your PC) which you can then rotate live to see from different angles. You will receive 4 x still camera shots of the model  from different angles with delivery. If you choose to render the model, materials will be given to the model and a realistic render (photo) will be generated as if a photo of it was taken in real life after manufacture of the product.
